SPAGHETTI
Our spaghetti is of a larger diameter than the classics. We believe that a greater thickness gives greater emphasis to any of our natural sauces with which they are seasoned.
GNOCCHI
Our Gnocchi pasta provides a hearty, dense texture and is versatile in any of our natural sauces with which they are seasoned.
FETTUCCINE
Fettuccine is popular Italian pasta in the long ribbons shape. We recommend Fettuccine for our Chicken Alfredo sauce.
LINGUINE
Linguine is type of pasta – like fettuccine and trenette, but elliptical in section rather than flat. It is about 4 millimetres in width, which is wider than spaghetti but not as wide as fettuccine.
RIGATONI
Rigatoni is a form of tube-shaped pasta of varying lengths and diameters originating in Italy. Rigatoni has ridges down their length, sometimes spiralling around the tube
